HOW DOES enterpriseangels
FACILITATE INTRODUCTIONS?
- A profile of your investment
opportunity is placed on the enterpriseangels website, where it is viewed by our
Private Clients;
- Our Private Clients receive a copy of your
profile once your registration is finalised;
- Your opportunity will be more extensively
promoted to our Private Clients who have experience or interest in
your particular industry/technology/field etc;
- You will have the opportunity
to present at a number of Private Luncheons – functions where
pre-qualified investors and Private Clients can view a short
presentation by you, followed by networking and lunch;
- Access to training and
education programs to assist your business to become 'Investor
Ready', and to implement and manage growth strategies. This
includes a one-day induction workshop run by Corporation Builders
shortly after you register to prepare you for negotiating with our
Private Clients;
- Links to a range of
professional consultants specialising in
advice to growing businesses; ie Legal,
Accounting, Human Resources, Banking, Information Technology,
Marketing, etc.
REGISTRATION FEES AND COSTS
Registration as an
"Investee" is – A$6990.00 (Inc. GST.). This remains valid
for a 12 month period, regardless of whether or not you successfully raise
capital. If you raise capital within this time, you can always begin
searching for the next round of capital prior to your registration
expiring. If companies are unsuccessful in raising capital within the first
6 months, Corporation Builders (enterpriseangels’
parent company) will conduct an extensive review of your opportunity to see
what (if any) changes may need to be made.
Success fees and other small charges may apply, full details of which are
included in the "Investee Agreement" found in the registration
section.
